ETC Question??

Bone Stock, get ETC light at odd times, mostly when engaging cruises control or when CC releases as I brake. Sometimes idling. No Codes??? Which sensor could cause this TPS?

This happens to me a lot, all I do is clean my battery posts and replace the cables also put a little charge on the battery everything go's back to normal no problem.
have 2007.5 6.7 68RFE 4X4 3.73 everything stock 58000 miles tow Mountaineer 35 11115 lbs.

A good scanner will capture a freeze frame to help figure out what is going on
