ETH clutch questions

my clutch engages right at the top of the travel. It seems to shift with more dificulty when you press the pedal to the floor. For those of you that are using a different clutch, did the new stuff make an improvement or not. Please, I only want to hear the results of clutch parts/installs done correctly.

my stock clutch did engage kind of high in the travel. when i picked up my truck with my new con-fe www.southbendclutch.com it felt better. this clutch is great. it does chatter in second at idle but if you raise the rpms to 1000 no chatter. and i have no chatter in reverse. this clutch is holding lots of hp in my truck.

I know that most any of the aftermarket clutches are way better than factory for increased HP holding. Did your transmission shift kinda rough B4 the clutch swap? I'm trying to decide if I should get the dealer to eval the transmission or just upgrade the clutch.

i've noticed no difference in the transmission since my clutch install. i have 25k on it and it's shifting better everyday.
