Sounds like the Cummins 245hp (higher output) mated with the 6sp manual transmission.

It's the high output Cummins mated only to the heavy duty 6 speed stick. Factory option, well worth it imho... Reminds me of a 60s/70s big block #ad
The Cummins has a whole different feel with a stick shift rather than an automatic, more like a muscle car - arrr!
