ETH in 2003?

I am fortunate in that the utility company I work for is allowing me to spec out my new company truck. I just came from the local Dodge dealer who claims to have spec'd out a 2003 CTD for me but the printout shows the engine to be an ETH. Does the new H. O Echo retain the same ETH designator? I will also be specing out a 2003 PSD, equipped as closely as possible,it will be interesting to see how close they come in price.

Yes, ETH is the code for the 2003 HO Cummins. Same code, new motor.
