Euro headlights

Does anyone know if the rams are sold overseas where the headlights must meet the "E-spec" instead of DOT spec? I am interested in trying to get some E-spec headlamp assemblies (for off-road use only of course #ad
) for my truck. The factory lights blow, and if I am going to mess around with the lights I figure I might as well try and at least find out how expensive the euros would be (if they exist) before I do the sport conversion.

I know the HID kits are becoming avaliable and am considering this route too. Anyone have any knowledge on the HID's?

Have HID kit from http://www.suvlights.com Installed in Sport Headlights and working perfectly. Upgraded high beams to 100 watt's with aftermarket heavy-duty wiring harness.
