Duramax heater.

Need some info - goofy cummins - 8.8?

A good friend of mine just traded his '03 Duramax for a new loaded-out 4 door 2004 Dodge 2500 Cummins. He drove the Duramax to the Chevy dealer here in town to cancel his extended warranty while waiting on the arrival of his new Dodge. While at the dealer a salesperson asked why he was discontinuing his warranty? My friend told him "I am trading it (the Duramax) on a 2004 Dodge Cummins". The salesman told him he was crazy and asked if he (my friend) had looked up the word "Dodge" in the dictionary. My friend replied "No, Why?" Chevy salesperson told him "Dodge" means "Avoid". And proceeded to tell him that he was making a BIG mistake etc. etc.

Anyway I'm sure my friend will be joining the TDR soon - I have loaned him a few back issues of the TDR. I told him rest assured you are now driving a "Real Diesel Pickup". ;) :

Then I asked him if he wanted to race my worn out 1996:D

I was in a Ford Dealership about a year ago looking at the powerstrokes with a friend who is a diehard powerstroke fan.

I overheard a salesman use the "Look Dodge up in the Dictionary" line  on a guy who mentioned Dodge Ram. I had not bought a Dodge yet but it made me want one more after hearing such a stupid line.

So, look up "Ford" in the dictionary. It means to cross a stream (maybe as when going "up the creek!" ). What does that have to do with the price of eggs in China? Salesmen amaze me!
