EVIC Boost Gauge

What should I be seeing on the boost gauge for unloaded truck in full throttle acceleration? I'm getting about 3/4 scale, which would seem to be about 25 psi. Somewhere around 55 mph the boost starts reducing, I'm presuming that is the waste gate opening. Bone stock 2013 Laramie.

I have twice now gotten an underboost message when towing my trailer, about 9000#. This happens on full throttle when passing on a two lane highway. One was before I checked and replace the air filter which was badly neglected, and the second was after filter replacement. Both filters were Wix.

No wastegate on a 2013, just the VGT controlling boost and back pressure.

Not 100% sure on the 2013 SO boost, but mid-upper 20’s is all I’d expect.
