Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Ex Temp

Pulled the fver, after the 275's were installed, was pulling with the ex temp around 750 before now im seeing 800 to 950, with the thermal couple post turbo, im still running the stock air filter do you guy's think that the air filter,bhaf or maybe a scotty 11 would bring me back down? I sure like the added power the injectors gave the engine just don't want to hurt it. Harv
