Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) exaust 4 inch elbow

looking at putting a 4 inch exaust on my truck, most systems I looked at are 4 inch from the turbo exaust elbow on back. I was wondering I anyone makes a 4 inch elbow to bold directly to the turbo so I have a tru 4 inch all the way thu??

plus would it even make a difference?

Banks, but I think you have to use their down pipe. I am run the 4" Banks brake, down pipe and intermediate pipe. Magnaflow the rest of the way back. SNOKING
