Excel Spreadsheet for tracking Fuel usage

I want to keep accurate records of my Fuel and Maintenance costs. Does anybody have a nice Spreadsheet that they would be willing to share? I am also interested in seeing some real numbers for Fuel usage/mileage.

I made one that I use on my PDA and transfer to the PC every so often. Entered a factor for the tire size so that my calculation is somewhat on the money. PM me and I can send you a copy.
