Just wanted to give a big thumbs up for good product and great customer service. www.fixinrams.com has a variety of stuff for our trucks with videos and detailed directions. I purchased the vacum pump seal kit and received it in two days. The install went very well and everything is in the kit to do the install. I highly reccomend them

I had a slight problem with a dvd he sent me, to make up for it he sent me a new dvd a vhs tape and a free starter contact repair kit for my inconvienence. Top notch service.

count me in as satisfied, i called him on a saturday night 9pm utah time, didn't realize he was farther east, he answered the phone we talked i told him i'd call back, called back on a monday finished our business and we sent our pump in he fixed it and had it back to us that very week.

I did the vacuum pump seal kit also. It worked out great! The only thing was it took me four hours to get it out and fifteen minutes to rebuild and four hours to put back in. It is a SOB to get to. Oo.
