Exhaust Blanket/ Thermal Wraps

I'm interested in the pros/cons about these products. I've looked at the ATP Wrap and the Exhaust Blanket from Geno's, and wonder about the practical usage. Are they worth the money, or should I spend it elsewhere? It's starting to get cold here in WI and want the best for my baby!

I have the complete set of 5 ATF Blankets on my truck. ( $850 worth) Used sound meter to determine sound attenuation of each blanket as I added it. Total package gave a sound reduction of about 30 %. Other Ram owners tell me it is really quiet - but not like the duramax which is at least 50% quieter than my truck with the blankets.

Are these companies working with each other? More insulation to decrease the sound level in the cab. Now I can't hear if my Cummins is running or not. UMMMMM!! Guess I'll have to get a 4" exhaust. Paul
