I am going to add the pac brake. but i am afraid that if i get the elbow kit, i will be stuck upgrading a turbo in the future. (Although i would love twins, I don't expect to ever pay the doe for them) In the future would probally be an upgrade/larger turbo.

Any thoughts, comments to help me plan correctly??>>

The inline kit or direct mount both function the same... the inline kit is about 125 more than the direct mount...

The inline kit to function well needs to have the adapters welded to the exhaust pipe where you install the brake so that there are no leaks... there is no welding on the direct mount kit...

The inline kit will take 2-4 seconds longer to engage as it has to fill the exhaust tube with pressure, (more pipe) than the direct mount...

They both wire into the ECM, and turn on and off the same. . If you have the automatic both interface with the ECM and the transmission works very well with either kit...

If you any specific questions please feel free to email me...

Can't tell where you are from, but if you are in an area that salts the roads, then consider road splash on the unit. I have the elbow unit and love it.

that aftermarket turbo, how "wild" or on a scale of bigger and better is that turbo over stock. (It's a work tuck so i don't think i will ever go over 400 hp and i need reliabality)

Roughly how many turbo upgrades would work with the elbow kit if I went with that?

(I also am going to get pac rear bags. Will the mounts clear the BW gouse neck hith under the bed?)

Thanks guys

I bought this turbo after damaging my stocker when I added the TST.

This turbo is not "Wild" by any means. It is very close to stock in the way it responds, a bit more laggy but not bad.

It however gives me very little if any EGT relief. the nice thing is though I expect it to be WAY more durable and reliable.

I run the in-line because of the twins. I think it holds better and quicker then the old Mopar one ever did. I do not notice any lag because it is farther away.

I'm trying to decide what is the best way aswell. I'm looking at exaust systems and wanting to get a pacbrake but when you start trying to plan out everything you will beat you head against the wall. I'm thinking of getting a turbo back 5" kit then maybe get a 5" inline so no mater what turbo setup I go with I'll be set. but is it worth going to 5" over the 4"
