In order to use an exhaust brake on a 'Pre '06 auto, you'll also have to use an aftermarket Torque Converter lockup device. They are out there. I suspect you'll put the warranty on your auto at risk if there is a failure due to the lock up device.



PM member Jelag as he sells the Pac Brake (which I highly recommend) and he can probably tell you exactly what is needed.



I have a six speed, so I'm not as versed as some others.
