Anybody with either a BD or Pacbrake exhaust brake have a setup that allows a 1 1/2 second delay as is available for the 2nd geners and their ECMs?

Delay Relay

Never have heard of anyone doing this, but it would not be hard to do with a time delay relay.

Sounds like you would need a delay on type, such as made by Potter&Brumfield. Try part number CKD-38-20010, this has an adjustable delayed on, from 0. 1-10 seconds, this is the only one that I could find for 12 volts dc. Should be in the range of $60 US, with the plug in socket. Please note! the wiring diagram printed on these relays is looking from the pin side, not the socket. Hope this helps.
