Exhaust brake for auto trans?

Is there such a thing (or will there be) as an exhaust brake for the HO diesel on the 2500 (automatic trans)?

The late 04 automatics are suppose to be approved for exhaust brake use. I've not heard if they have that firmed up yet or not. If you don't mind voiding your warrantee they can be used on any automatic as long as your torque converter is locked up. It is also possible to add a lockup switch to most trannies.

Do a search, like this , for posts by Carlton Bale. He is the Cummins RE (responsible engineer, in the lingo of my work) for the Jacobs exhaust brake, and does a fantastic job of keeping us posted on the latest info on this topic.
