I need to troubleshoot why its not working. BD dealer did the install. It worked fine before it went to the dealer for reflashing. The micro switch is still active at the pedal and I have power to the dash switch. What I need is a set of install instuctions so I can backtrack. Are there any online? Acts like a blown fuses. Where does it get power from? Thanks

Check the power at the spool valve (the little vacuum switch at the intake). If it is hot and you have someone toggle the brake on and off in the cab, you should hear a click. If still not working, take a blunt tool or pen and push in on the conical black plastic piece on the spool valve. That, when pushed in at the center, will activate the brake. If it still has power at the spool valve and works only when you push in on the black plunger, then you need to remove the spool valve and take it apart and clean it, then put a little WD-40 on the parts and reassemble it.

This BD dealer stays up later than most others stay open.
