Exhaust Brake Parameters

Does anyone know the parameters for the "full" exhaust brake to work on the 2017 CTD? It is different from the 2011 I owned and it doesn't seem to be working. It worked the day I bought it, but the last 2 days going to work I tried to use it and nothing. My speed was 30-40 mph, down hill, no accelerator. Thanks in advance.

Isn't there a setting for the exhaust brake in the menus. My friends 16 has it. Should have three options if I remember correctly with one of them to be use the brake all the time.

I can't give a specific answer but I can share this... I was a PacBrake distributor for 20 years... sold a lot of you pacbrakes for your early trucks... I know that the engineers at PacBrake work with Cummins and I learned from them.... that from year to year, and model to model run features change... one truck might do this and another truck sitting next to it might not do the same.... its all in the programing of the ECM and Transmission Module... its all about the programing....

I often had customers wanting one feature or another and I just couldn't at the time of sale verify that they would get it....

I still believe its the same with our modern trucks...
