Exhaust Brake, Tow/Haul, and Rear Park Assistance Issues

I'm sure this has been asked but when I ran a search I could not find anything
2011, 3500, Longhorn Laramie.
So I can not get my Exhaust Break or Tow/Haul buttons to work and the Rear Park Assist will not turn on. On the upper switch Bank the hazards work and the 115V Power Inverter cycle on and off but that's it. I have tried to shutoff the truck and restart it, shutoff the truck open and closing the door allowing all time outs and restarting it, verified that the fuse (M13 I think) was good and I still have had no luck. Any suggestions or solutions would be much appreciated.

Take the panel apart and disconnect & reconnect the harness connectors.

Thank you for the assistance. I disconnected the harness and reconnected it as suggested and I now have proper functionality of my EB and T/H.
