exhaust brake trouble

i have a jacobs jak,e brake on my 06 automatic, i have a trouble code of p0477 (low voltage on exhaust brake driver) and have been having a problem of it working and not working. i know it's electrical and not vacuum because when it quits working my torque converter doesnt lock in third gear liike it does when it is working unless i have the tow/haul switch on. just wondering if anybody could help me with some trouble shooting.

never mind it was just a blown fuse!
