exhaust brake

The little woman informed me last night upon my return from work that it is "road-trip" season and time to get the tt and truck ready for the road. Since the search function currently isn't working, can anyone tell me where I can get the best price on an exhaust brake(Jacobs) unless bang for the buck is better with other brand? Also, since most exh. brakes appear to replace the elbow, what happens next "road-trip" season when I "try" to talk HER into the edge EZ and boost elbow for towing the tt??

US Gear

I had a US Gear unit on my 95. The present owner of that truck has about 300k on it and reports the unit to be nearly flawless and uses it all the time. I chose it initially because it a. wasnt near the turbo heat, b. operated quieter than two other brands I witnessed, and c. arguably has more stopping power WITHOUT changing valve springs.
