Exhaust Brakes?

Okay guys, looking to get an exhaust brake or something similiar. Is there a diference between a pac, exhaust, compression brake etc? What do you guys recommend? What kind of experience have you had with installation in an automatic? Any problems/benefits?

The PacBrake has been working very good in our trucks. I just installed a new one on my 2001 HO and am VERY imperssed with the braking force!!!! It is an easy install and a very attractive price. As I live near the headquarters and could get you one at a good price. Bob Grenzow
