Exhaust Bypass Valve

I would like to find an Exhaust Bypass Valve to install ahead of the muffler so I can switch to a straight pipe, on the go, when I am towing and EGT's are getting out of hand.



I know there are other things (timing?) that I am looking into but this is something I'd like to do anyway and I can't afford a new 4" system.



Does anyone have info on such a device??

Try JC Whitney, they used to have stuff like that

Deezul 1 you were right, JC Whitney has a nice looking, cast iron, exhaust cutout (http://jcwhitney.com/product.jhtml?CATID=5199&BQ=jcw2).

Unfortunately the max diameter is 2 1/4"



I thought about putting two in tandum but the "package" would be unwieldy.



I'm still looking.
