Exhaust fitment issue

I have air lift 7500 bags on my 2018 3500 srw cummins. Want to put a 5" exhaust on truck, does anybody know if i will have fitment issues with the bags?

Why don't you go all the way and put dual stacks on it!

Where are they mounted?, I just put 5" from turbo back to rear end and then 2 , 4" exhaust out and over the rear end and I have firestone air bags on my 3rd gen. I had no clearance problems, but I did have shields over airbags on exhaust side, myvairbags are mounted on top of my leafsprings, Monte

My son has a full 5" system the runs right along side of his SRW 3500's rear air bags, over 100k with no issue.

Hangers on the frame can always be bent to make a little more room.
