Exhaust leak

As I was messing around with the timing pin I discovered a exhaust leak in the number one runner looks like the gaskets blew, I'm still getting 35lbs of boost,will that affect my performance at all?Atleast til I get it fixed.

Seat of the pants... . the feeling will still be the same. If the gasket is blown, though, there technically is an imperfect pre turbo exhaust system and technically is a decrease in its efficiency.
