Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Exhaust manifold bolts

FYI, Today while I was under the Ram draining the coolant I happend to notice that one of the lower manifold bolts(last one back on the bottom) had taken a walk, you might want to check yours once in awhile.

Just so you know, there is a TSB with regard to this problem. The fix was to put a strap over the bolts to keep them from loosening.

Follow up: Fixed, replaced missing bolt, checked torque on the rest, top #6 was also loose, installed retainer straps. Check you #6 bolts once in awhile. Oo.

If you want to go through the hassle of drilling all the bolts, you can safety wire them also.
