Did a search and could find an answer. I have my ATS manifold and I'm about to install. Are the gaskets re-usable or do I need to get a new set?

I put on a new set when I installed my ATS. Picked them up from the local Mom&Pop auto parts store for 7 or 8 bucks. Not enough to worry about. They were FelPro brand.

On edit: the price above was for all 6 (not each). Shop around and don't buy them from DC, they are really proud of 'em.

I have resued the gaskets, mainly due to lack of availability of new ones as opposed to not wanting to buy new ones. For 3-4 bucks apiece from CaseIH or Cummins, I'd go ahead and replace them.

Reused mine many times

Because I had the head on and of three times, while tring to keep a headgasket to stay. All I did was coat them with copper coat. I'm still running the same gaskets today with no problems. If you have an ATS manifold you do need to retorque the manifold every few months. Merv

They are crush gaskets and should be replaced every time. With that said I have reused them several times with no known problems.
