Exhaust Question

Question for you 3rd gen gurus.... was there ever an exhaust made between 2004.5 and 2007 that didnt have any emissions **** in the pipe? I am not asking aftermarket, but Dodge factory. Maybe Mexico had no emissions??

Robert, I believe they all have a DOC. It’s part of the 04.5 package.

X2. All 5.9L's produced after Jan 1 2004 had the catalyst in front of the muffler and 4" exhaust from turbo back.

I may be wrong, but I don't remember ever hearing of any built differently once the CA SO trucks were phased out with the introduction of the 600 in 2004.5.
