Exhaust Recomendations for a CA 03

What is being developed for a Calif. version of the 03 truck? Is there a cat back system out there yet? My main interest is in reducing exhaust gas temps and maybe a gain in some HP. Not too concerned about sound.

I would replace the whole system with a 4" exhaust and put the stock system on for the smog insepections. Lot of work, but that's what I'd do if I where you.

There is no cat on an 03. It is a resonater used only for sound deadening. Go with a 5 inch and put the muff up close to the cab. That will eliminate the drone. Email -- email address removed -- he will be able to help you. He has a 2003 with major mods on it. Cheap prices too.
