Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) exhaust ?s

If I get an EZ, do I need 4" exhaust? I'm going to straight pipe my 3" for now but wondering if I'll need 4" in the future when I finally get my EZ. Any suggestions?

no---there's no reason to upgrade to the bigger exhaust unless you go with a bigger turbo and even then it's debatable, until you start adding bigger injectors and a bigger box with the turbo upgrade there's no reason---unless of course you want too---chris

I went with the 4" exhaust cause of the sound factor first and foremost. Next, it will help reduce egt's and add some responsivness to the accelerator.



Sooner or later you will want / need it.
