Exhaust "SIMS", wehre to buy?

Does anyone know where I can buy some "sims" that plug into the harness by the dpf in place of the egt sensors that used to be there in my case? One of mine had a melt down and I can't seem to be able to find them anywhere online anymore.

Now that I've posted this question, I went and did a google search for them and there are some???@!?!?@ When I did this about 4 months ago, there was none. I wander if that was because last year the spa was cracking down, but now vendors are selling parts again?
