Exhaust smoke

Please be gentle. I am a newbie to Dodge and the wonderful world of Cummins. My question is about the amount of smoke that comes out when my truck starts in cold wheather. After it warms up it goes away.

Need more info about truck, year, etc. Also. what state?

It is an 04 cummins 2500 Central Il. I have about 35,000 miles on it with an edge and true flow filter

Blue smoke is normal in cold weather. The fuel doens't burn completely until the engine get's warmed up a bit. Unless your truck is burning oil don't worry about it.
