Exhaust tip 5" inlet/5" outlet/not a turndown?

I'm looking for an exhaust tip that apprarently might not exist. I want a 5" inlet, 5" outlet and it can't be a turndown. Anyone ever seen one like this?

Yep, check with a big truck parts house or a shop that does custom exhaust on large trucks.
