Exhaust Tip Install

Hello Guys and Gals,

Installed a chrome exhaust tip on the ole girl and since I pull a Travel Trailer I pointed the exhaust towards the front side of the truck versus down. Seems to keep the soot off the bumper and panels and especially off the trailer when pulling.

Does anyone else point their exhaust in another direction other than down? Silly Question:-laf but just wondering.

When I put the turn down tip on my 05, I aimed it straight down.

I also cut the stock pipe so the tip is right at the edge of the quater panel.

Kept the rear quarter panel and bumper cleaner.

Havent had any trouble with towing.
