Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) exhaust

Has anyone had a dual exhaust system custom bent for thier truck. I'm looking for something that exits out the side behind the rear tires. If so what kind of dual outlet muffler did you use.

Picture would also be great, thanks

When I had the duals on my truck, the muffler shop fabbed up a "Y" to fit behind the muffler to split into the dual pipes. Basically, some interesting bending and cutting to some pipe he had on hand.



It worked pretty well, even smoke out of both pipes. I just had to trade it in for something louder.
