2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Expanding Foam in Panels

Has anybody had any experience with using expanding foam in the empty panels like in the door panels and cab corners?

YES! An auto teacher at one of the high schools here did that. He told me it didn't stop the squeak and now he has to cut foam out if he ever needs in there! He recommended that I NOT do it. I would recommend the same to you!

It works great for holding moisture in there and stinks like h3ll when you burn the crap out welding.

why do you want to use expanding foam? are you trying to quiet down the cab? or just quiet a specific squeak?
