Tonight was the first night I was able to take a look at the GoRhino 6000 Series side steps that arrived Friday. Too busy with family in town to work on them. Looking through the rugged looking box and see that it's missing a piece... pull out the first step and see that it has a nice dent on the end of it where the cap is. Put all back into the box and get online to find a phone number. I find there is a Return bit built into the web site... not a good sign if they built that into their web site. Anyway, get an RMA number without giving ANY info why I want to return it. It didn't provide any information of method of shipment and if I'm the one that has to pick up the bill to send it back. I called the phone number and only open 9am-7pm Eastern, so I leave a message and phone number they can call me back.
So, is there anyone that has any experience with this web site with returns? I'm hoping that they will pick up the shipping bill or at least send me the part and the replacement for the dented one... . if not, I'll contact GoRhino and see what they can do.
08/27/2002 update - This morning I got a call from them and they said they would arrange for FedEx to pick up the box. So hopefully this web site will follow through.
Thanks, Michael
