January 4th I ordered a radio and antenna for my truck from "Express Electronics. Two weeks later I tried to follow up on the order via phone call because I also wanted to order a small radio for my wifes truck. There was no way to reach them by phone on the customer service line so I emailed them (as recommended by the recording on the phone. I sent three emails in two days. I finally thought that if I call and place the order for the other radio, I would check the status of my previous order simultaneously. Naturally I had no trouble getting hold of the sales department
He told me my radio was back ordered and was supposed to be in last week (week of the 7th) but the Cherokee radio (for my wife) and both antennas were in stock. "I will get the tune done on the radio and ship them all out together in a couple days. Your ranger will be in anytime now. " (rough quote)
February 4th. Still nothing. No response to my e-mails sent on the 15th, 16th of Jan. Tried to call. I was on hold for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Thank God for speaker phone!
I finally got tired of listening to "the next available rep will be right with you. . . " and hung up. I sent a VERY UN-HAPPY email. The next day I tried calling again. Same thing. What if I needed to have my radios serviced????? I called the sales department. Imagine that, the line that receives the money gets answered. I explained the situation and asked that he do the customer service thing and track my order. Nothing has been shipped. The Ranger radio was supposed to be here last week. Should be anytime. The Mag mount wilson antenna (for wifes truck) is back ordered so we didn't ship your roof mount antenna and Cherokee radio because we were waiting for everything to come in
I cancelled my Ranger order and Mag mount antenna order and they promised the Cherokee and Roof mount antenna would be out by three pm. (Airborne 2nd day). I then called BILL'S 2WAY and explained the situation:{ They said No problem.
We will have your order out in no time.
That was the fith of Feb. Friday, 8 Feb. I find an antenna waiting for me at home
The invoice said, your radio is being tuned and will ship thursday or friday. Wow, a status report!!! And it is good news!!. Did I mention the radio is priced 20 bucks cheaper!!

I will call express today and see if my Cherokee and antenna went out "at three" like they said. Oh, I'm not holding my breath.
