Does anybody have one of these on there truck? The Extang site says the can't be used with over the rail bed-liners. So my other question is will it work with my Line-X. Any pictures would be great as well as your comments, also if anybody has any installed pictures the would help in my decision making process.

Can't help with the Linex issue, but I do have the RT on this truck. I have tried several tonneaus on trucks I have owned, and this is by far the best looking, best made, and easiest to use. Pretty easy install, too, and if I can do it, anyone can.

A little more expensive than some of the others out there, but worth it, in my opinion.

I too have a Extang cover I got the Full Tilt model and it is a great piece of equiptment. Looks good on the truck and works as advertized what more could ask for.

I also have the Extang RT Tonneau cover, and it works great with my Combat pray in over the rail bed liner, no problems at all ... .

I have the RT, it's a great cover. It's installed with a Proliner spray in and NASTA s/s bed rails. The reason it can't be used with an over the rail drop in liner is the hardware attaches under the lip of the side of the bed.

Doc,

NOPE! The cover is too low for most standard height chest type boxes, and you would have to slide the box about 5" to the rear to be able to open it. The Lite Rider covers that Geno's sells are taller and will close over most boxes and the box wouldn't have to be moved as far to the rear either. The other thing that you must watch for is the width of the box, as the frame extends inside of the bed rails. I've had a Lite Rider for 2 yrs and an Extang RT for a yr and like the Lite Rider better. The RT really looks better, but the Lite Rider works better and is better quality. IMO
