I got a letter today for extended warranty for 4 more years. The price would be right at $2700. 00. My dealer is pretty good about my truck, he actually comes to see me at some truck pulls and he knows basically what it has and helps me when he can. Give me some input on why or why I shouldn't accept this offer. I have until 01-18-02. It covers same as our 3yr/36,000 did. I am at 45,200 right now and it will cover to 100,000 or 4 yrs whichever is first. Thanks for the imput.

May I suggest that you read the post about tsb 09-001-01

Not all dealers will pull this on us but they should get on dc real heavy about it.

Ford used a fixed resistor in place of the oil sender for 7-9 years before they were caught.

Ask your dealer!!!!

Hey Jeremy,TDR member Barry the RV dealer in Texas once offered some extended warranties through his business, maybe he still does, give him a holler. They were a very GOOD price.
