External oil cooler

Hey guy's hate to keep asking this but has anyone come across a kit to run an external oil cooler on a 24v ISB?. I understand that there is not a neccesity to run an external cooler on the dodge trucks but to meet mil. spec. for the Hummer(look at my signature) it is required to run an external oil cooler.
My vehicle is for civilian use but, I would like to make it meet all standards in case one day I can land a contract to convert some of the military vehicles.

Hadn't seen a kit to speak of, likely because the motor has an intergal unit, but plumbing one with quality parts shouldn't be too big an ordeal.

With the weight of oil used, a thermostatic control may make sense.
