I'm considering the EZ box but kind of concerned about my automatic trans. Is this to much for it? I only tow about 2500 to 3000 lbs I'd like a little more power maybe 40 to 50 hp just need some opinions. Thanks!!

<font color=blue>Adding just the EZ box should be fine with your stock auto transmission. But you won't be able to add anything much past that. I would recommend adding some gauges at some point and time so that you can see whats going onn in the engine compartment, that way if something is going wrong you will have a clue as to what it is.
 
Rich, I may be bias, but my opinion and my experience is the "01 transmission isn't as fragile as it's predecessors. Beyond that the EZ is a moderate and sane performance improvement. It isn't known or intended to compromise the drivetrain. Oh, you won't need a 4" exhaust or turbo housing either. JMO
 
Rich, we got a few guys running them here in the central valley around oakdale, if you are interested you can visit any time I know its still a long ways away, but if you want to see stuff and talk personally to others we are here for you

Thanks for the info. Sounds like this is what I'll do. First the gauges to establish a base line , then the ez box. I might demuff this beast to improve the exhaust a little.
