Ihave been running my EZ now for a couple of weeks, and it kicks butt! #ad
I tried the VA,Bully Dog puck, and they did'nt compare! The EZ with the boost elbow blew them away!!! I have no dyno,but i can tell a big difference loaded or not with the EZ. NOW,how is it you Major gear heads need more power? #ad
this is plenty of power for me! I just keep repeating this phrase over and over,it seems to almost work!!! #ad

PS, the EZ, as you know, has a boost module, way easy to disable your waistegate for more boost, and you'll need that for those DD II's..... OOpps, that s right, I forget, You have all the power you need #ad

PAYCHECK, give it alittle time you'll want more. I have a good buddy with a 98. 5 that put the EZ on and was happy for about three weeks, I then put in DD2s and he was happy again. He called the other night and was asking about a better clutch and I asked why and he's now talking about a PE box also.

It is just the way it goes, you bomb and are happy for a while, then it starts feeling weak and you bomb again and the whole thing start over again. But one thing is for sure it is a whole LOT OF FUN #ad

I have the EZ , DTT Valve body, and DD2's, and I thought I'd be happy. The truck is as fast now as was my '96 RAM 2x shortbed 5 speed 5. 2L Ram with a Gibson exhaust and a Gen II K&N.
I should now be satisfied completely, but I'm not. #ad

Now I'm thinking a Hot PE box, and DD3's,
a 4 " exhaust, and ... $#*&^)
I need help.

That’s fine for you guys but I’m staying totally stock.

Well, ok, I got rid of the airbox and put a K&N sticking out of the turbo boot…but that’s it, that’s all I’m doing.

Well, maybe I’ll get a 4” exhaust…but the truck runs great now and this would be absolutely all I would do.

Did you say the EZ just plugs in?

I've been told by one of my bosses that a 4"
exhaust is one of the best upgrades one can do for HP. (His PSD has Banks/+ 4 " exhaust)

screw in the elbow and get 27# of boost too. i have never seen any high egts either. I only paid 519. 45 included shipping,for the EZ! I'm just glad that I am now satisfied cuz I don't need any more power,I don't need any more power,I don't need... ... ... ... ... ... #ad

Where can I find info on the elbow? (Or does that come with the EZ?)

Also, is this safe for an otherwise stock manual rig?

Your doing better than me. I got my EZ 2 days ago, got it hooked up, took it for a 10 minute drive and wanted more power. So much for that new pistol I wanted, I gotta get a clutch and exhaust to prepare for injectors and turbo.

Leewhiskey, Are you running your EZ on the most aggresive setting? Actually all joking aside with the 4" exaust and the EZ on 'high' my cummins don't do too bad! low egts and it go fast! i REALLY do not need any more power,REALLY! #ad

Yes, the EZ is on the hottest setting. Telling yourself you don't need anymore power is just delaying the inevitable. I was just like you, but it took a lot less time for me to come around. My only problem is that I can't afford it right now. I am trying to find was around that little detail though. #ad

NO I am not in denial,I really do not need any more power,REALLY. p. s. would it be too hard on my clutch if i went with DD1 or 2s? just curios,cuz' i don't really need any more power... ... ... ... hmmmm, maybe a Sachs?

Save your pennies & get the tc to go with your vb. I,d do that over an exhaust. i love my set up for now ,i wander how long that will last before i,m craving for more. I think you,ll see more benifits in the egt dept than hp gain with a 4" ,but hey they sound really cool which is very important.
