EZ way to save pertinent threads

Was wondering how some of you were saving threads that you might be needing later, but don't want to waste the paper to print them out? I know I can use the search, but sometimes that can take alot of time. Seems like there is always a thread that you know you're going to want to refer to when you go to install something (as in gauges tomorrow) later.

Copy and paste.

I select the "Show a printable version" (at the bottom of the thread), copy, and then paste into MS Word. I have saved files such as, Gauges, Exhaust, transmission, etc. I keep all these files in a folder named TDR

I just save it to my computer under an approriate title and then it is available for future use.

If you use Internet Explorer, you can just save the thread in your favorites. Just click on favorites, then on add to favorites, then rename to your own preference and put it in a folder.

Thanks guys for the ideas. Haven't got a chance to try any of them yet, but they sound pretty EZ.

How do you guys get around the formatting problem when you copy and paste to say Word. When I try it you get an almost totally unformatted document.
