Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) F 1 helix 2 cam or Lift pump

I am thinking of putting a helix 2 cam in my truck so I can run a 12v lift pump and I am trying to find out some info on it and if other people have run the same set up on it or should I just bite the bulliet and run a fass or airdog set up?

DO IT. Get the cam whith 12v lobe and youll be golden. Ive run mine for about 2 years with out a regulator (prolly shouldnt have) and no problems. i have bout 30 at idle and dont really know after that. i unhooked the fp guage, got tired of it tapping off the 30+ peg. If your going to do the cam the rest of your fuel stuff will be cheaper and more reliabe than the FASS.
