f350 Powerstroke conversion

ok guys got mine done and will drive till its wheels fall off now.



a 98 12v 215 is a lot stronger than a psd IMO.



of couse im differant and used the dodge trans which made it a lot more rigging to work



big *** hole in floor and welded up tran mount and



get this the clutch master off the ford with work with the dodge line and slave



just knock out the little pin and change them out!



i copied DPinks belt routing and used factory ac and factory alt with remounted dodge tensioner..... 97. 5" belt.....



used cummings bottom and top water housings off case backhoe application.



used factory dodge mounts and welded the factory stands in the frame.



i have a 99 ford intercooler and used the factory dodge intercooler pipes with 3" welded in them!



its a tight fit...



now what to do about a fan?



i have dodge factory fan on it but no shroud. . and i think its running backwards or something

aint had time to ck it out but it sure dont blow to the back as it should.



any pic of a factory setup as i just got the fan from a junkyard...



if anybody figures out the crusie and the tack on this later model let me know



ford cummins said to grind 4 slots in the balancer and that was it.



i couldnt get them to understand it was a psd not a idi~!



o also used a 89 acc. pedal and a 79 throttle cable...
