factory black grille and bumper strip?

I drive a oiltanker for work and every day I drive by a dodge dealer with a new 2003 fullsize heavy duty. I think it had the c on the front corner??... . Any how it has a black grille?! and I think a black strip on the chrome bumper. It is not a sport either, the truck is a white exterior,srw,qc and the black grille is a matte finish. I'm not sure what the deal is, and and since I'm in a tractor trailer I can not just pull over and check it out . Have any of you seen this before?. . I thought it might be shipping plastic that protects the chrome, but it looks to good for that. Any ideas.

I think you might be looking at the ST version. Not sure about the 03's, but in previous years that was the 'fleet' end of the line with vinyl seats, no carpet, a/c optional, etc.

I was thinking something like that . . Kinda like the chevy "work truck or W / T" mummn it looked kinda nice to be a stripper though ha , famous last words. . hehe

That is the ST truck, a work truck. There are 2 of them at my dealers lot, one of them has a rubber floor, the other one the sprung for carpet in. Great truck for a business, but imo not real pretty.
