Is $129. 00 for the factory fog light kit, that comes with lamps, sight shields, wiring harness, and switch a reasonable price?

Thanks

David:)

Yes, I paid $169. 00 in June 2001 at BBC Dodge. I'm real happy with them. I didn't connect the red wire, that way I can have the fog lights with high beam, I realize it might overload the headlight switch but the few times I used both it was beneficial. I just don't use both for very long.

I just ordered the same thing for $170. When it came it was missing the dash button and a relay. I sent it back and am now waiting for a replacement. Where are you getting this great deal? If it's available to the masses maybe I'll send mine back and order it from wherever you're getting yours.

I work for a caddy dealership which is connected to a Dodge dealership. I had the parts guy look up the fog light kit for my 97 and it was going to be like $80 for the mounting kit, and $90 for the light kit:rolleyes:

I'll just wait and find some inserts somewhere and then use my own choice of aftermarket lights and wire them in to come on with my cab lights:D

Wal-Mart has a driving light kit that should fit fine. Fits in the factory light holes. Has the switch, brackets, relay and wiring if I remember right. Only about $40. I'm thinking of trying them. I would kinda prefer to use a factory switch though. Then it will look right.

I have not used an in dash switch on my 01 or 03. I mount a relay by the battery and use the parking light as the switching means. This way the lights are on whenever the parking, low beams or high beams are on. The wire is only about two feet long from the parking light circuit to the relay. This is a very easy way for me since I like the lights on anytime the headlights are on. It saves going into the cab for something I would have on all the time anyway... CJ
