I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as I am. #ad

Seems the factory fog light switch has burned out on me for a second time.
First time, had an alarm put in, after that, the fog lights didnt work. Took it to the dealer (which I HATE doing), they replaced the switch under warranty. Last night, jumped the #2 and 3 pins inside the fog light relay, worked great. The fogs stayed on with the high beams... but as I was coming home from Home Depot (getting extra hardware to install my new mudflaps) I switched on the fog lights, and they didnt work again. #ad

Does anyone know a place to get an unaltered relay (besides the dealer) to install before I take it in?

Thanks to all for the great advice and help I get on this list. You guys are the best.

Jesse.

musclefixer,

Try your local junkyard; many Chrysler vehicles use these relays. I bought a whole handful of assorted relays from minivan and car carcasses for $10 from my local yard.

Jesse, I think you need to jump pins 3&5 not 2&3. pin 2 is on the 12v side for the electro magnet(this closes the relay). Pins 3&5 are for the current load of the lights.
