Factory Service Manuals

I am looking for a factory service manual for a 2011 Ram 2500 4x4 truck. It seems that they are getting harder to find. Geno's doesn't offer one. I purchased a one-year subscription with Alldata for a 2016 truck and was greatly disappointed. I cancelled the subscription shortly after the purchase.

I see factory service manuals offered on-line for well under $100, but I suspect the quality is poor.

Does anyone have recommendations. I specifically want good electrical diagrams.

I have access to Haynes, Chiltons, and AllData.

By far Chiltons is the best as it appears as if they copy what is out of the factory service manual. They literally have Mopar branded diagrams.
